Biscoff Intervention Needed
The only reason why I like flying Delta (I much prefer Continental) is because of their Biscoff cookies. Really. I mean, they are the highlight of the flight for sure because I can’t get them anywhere else.
On my way to Michigan, the flight attendant announced their choice of beverages over the loudspeaker and then went through the snack choices.
- peanuts (bleh)
- pretzels (eh)
- biscoff cookies (score!)
It’s the little things…
Anyway, they ended up giving everyone one of every snack so the other two snacks went to waste. (in fact, I think they’re still in my luggage, ick) So on the way home, I told myself that I would ask for three packs of cookies instead of getting all of them lol. It’s worth a try, right? Well, I totally panicked when the flight attendant came around because there were too many things going on at once (flight attendant, man next to me trying to order for me…etc.) that when she asked me what I wanted, I said nothing. Sigh.
Let’s put that moment on my list of “Things I’ll Regret For The Rest of My Life.”
Anyway, my brother is coming into town next month (yay!) but imagine my disappointment when I heard he was flying Continental. This then spurred me to research how I could acquire Biscoff cookies on my own and I found out that THEY SELL THEM AT WALGREENS!!! I immediately went and bought two packages.
And I haven’t stopped eating them since. Really, I think I average about three cookies a day. However, I will say the ingredient list isn’t too bad: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, leavening, soy flour, salt, and cinnamon.
If you haven’t tried them yet, I insist you get some.
