Pimiento Cheese Dip
This dip is quickly becoming my go-to party dip. It’s so easy and you don’t have to dirty up a lot of bowls.
I like bringing crudite to parties because you don’t always find a lot of healthy options at gatherings. Not that I’m the healthiest person by any means but sometimes you need to break up the chips and fried stuff with some fresh veggies.
I kept seeing different recipes for pimiento cheese dip so I just made sure I had the basic ingredients and winged it.
Ingredients:
-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-1 cup shredded jalapeno jack cheese
-2-3 Tablespoons pimiento chilis (can be found at Whole Foods and probably other places although I haven’t looked)
-1/3 cup mayo
-1/3 cup sour cream
-dash of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
Directions:
Put both cheeses in a bowl and mix up with a fork.
(They are not mixed in my pictures)
Dice up the pimiento chilis and put into bowl.
Dump the rest of the ingredients into same bowl and mix up. Season to taste.
Cut up some fresh veggies and you have a crowd pleaser!

I’ve been packing this dip that you made for AJ for lunch every day along with crudite, and he loves it!
